Overall, the job went well, since this was a rental, the tenant handled most of the onsite work crews. There was a bit of some communication snafus between departments when someone was telling me the job was completed and then I would get a phone call from someone else telling me there was still more to be done. Another thing that was a bit annoying on this job was the "last minute" calls I got towards the end of the job from dispatch "...our guys are in the area and will be there in 30 mins..." This is not acceptable...we worked it out, but usually Dalworth is more conscious about scheduling in advance. Thank you all for the efforts in getting this completed.

Julio showed up quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up the water. I appreciated the great communication from the office and the updates from the techs after each visit. I will certainly call Dalworth Restoration if the need ever arises again and would gladly refer my friends to Dalworth.

Unfortunately, we have had 2 water heaters corrode, since we have lived in this house and both times we called out Dalworth and were delighted with the expert, friendly , efficient service we received. Chris did a great job of informing us of everything that needed to be done and worked around our schedules very well.
We received very good service from the technicians. They arrived quickly and took care of our problems. Hope we don’t have these problems again, but would definitely use your service again if the need arose.
