Good morning: It has been a few days over two weeks since Mr. Guillermo Martinez and his crew conducted his evaluation of the roofing projects for First United Methodist Church in Pilot Point, Texas. Lee Millikin and I meet with Mr. Martinez on July 11, 2017. Mr. Millikin stayed with Mr. Martinez until about noon and had to leave, I had to leave shortly after meeting the group to start their walkthrough evaluation. Mr. Martinez indicated it would take about one week for them to complete the written document related to our projects. I know your company has worked with the Denton-Dallas District Insurance adjustors, and am under the impression your company will be submitting their proposal to the adjustors for review and negotiation.
I understand the roofing work load must be somewhat overwhelming, but request some follow-up regarding the status of the First United Methodist Church roofing projects.
We cannot move forward until either our Trustees select a contractor and submit their proposal to the Denton-Dallas Conference Insurance Adjustors for review or the Contractor submits the proposal to the Denton-Dallas Conference Insurance Adjustors for review and negotiations.
Your timely response would be appreciated.

My small commercial building has a water leak that needs to be repaired. I will also need water damage restoration and mold remediation services. I need an estimate for repairs first.
