A commercial property experienced significant water damage, affecting multiple areas including classrooms or offices and hallways.

Our team promptly responded to the commercial water damage incident. We meticulously moved and protected furniture and contents in affected rooms, elevating items to prevent further damage. We then deployed specialized water extraction equipment, including powerful wet/dry vacuums, to remove standing water from the concrete floors in the hallways. Air movers and dehumidifiers were strategically placed to facilitate rapid drying of all affected structural elements. Walls were protected with Ram Board during the restoration process, and ceiling tiles were removed to address potential overhead water intrusion and aid in drying.
