Dalworth Restoration is very trustworthy and takes care of any job from beginning to end. They are top-notch in all that they do. This is my second time using them over the years and they are very timely and takes care of your property while the damages are being assessed.

Dalworth makes sure that they assess and stop continuous damages immediately. I highly recommend them!

Anthony came out immediately to assess the damages along with his mitigation team, Miguel and Jose. Miguel and Jose were friendly and top-notch restoration guys. They put us at ease and let us know that they would take care of our property as they assessed, cleaned up and make preparation for restoration and repairs of all damages.

Memorial weekend Monday woke up to a flood in our house from a broken water pipe. I made a call to another company and all I could do was leave a message. I then called Dalworth Restoration, and they answered the call on the second ring. This was at 6:00 am, and by 8:30 am Dalworth had a team of people onsite to start working on the cleanup process. Dalworth kept us well informed of all the processes through the entire process. Dalworth took care of the cleanup, the drying out process, packing up our belongings, demolition, and remodeling of the damaged floors and walls. Susan and Lisa from Dalworth were excellent and supportive with all the paperwork required by the insurance company to process our claim. Made it so much easier on us during this difficult time in our life. Dalworth Restoration is the only company I will call if my wife and I have another disaster at our house. Hopefully we will not. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services, you are in good hands with them.

My kitchen and a few other areas of my home were damaged by water. Dalworth came to help. Anthony and his colleagues were professional, courteous, helpful and caring. I was informed about everything that was to happen…water extraction, cleaning, drying. Before each visit, I was given a call or a text. Each group of workers seemed to be well matched, i.e., they worked well together. I was so appreciative of the care that was taken during each visit, especially during the removal of my counter top and cabinets. If the need arises, Dalworth is a good choice. I highly recommend this company.

Dalworth did a great job at my property! I had a flood I thought was pretty small but Lleyton, my Mitigation PM, explained the details of drying to me and the affects of what could happen if I didn’t remove my wood flooring. They helped with my insurance and made it care free. I have no complaints here they made sure to take care of me and my home. Forever appreciative!

Brodie was amazing with us, was extremely intelligent in his work and most importantly kind and diligent. We want to thank the entire Dalworth team for helping us through this rough time. 5 stars from me.

Best restoration company around for all your restoration needs

Dalworth responded promptly when we called and handled our water mitigation needs. There were one or two hiccups along the way, but they were addressed professionally by their supervisor, Sergio. Sergio made our experience as painless as possible given what we were going through.

Dalworth deserves the highest rating because they are responsive, respectful, caring, careful when packing out the house. There’s not enough positive adjectives to describe Dylan and his crews.

Dalworth Restoration's work quality and attention to detail during the mitigation, the packing and the demolition process exceeded expectations. I would like to thank Dalworth Restoration for coming to my aid when I had a flood in my home that left four rooms soaked with more than an inch of water. Their team responded quickly, showed true professionalism, and worked efficiently to start the cleanup and restoration process.

In August 2025, the historic Villa Philmonté - a 1927 historic house museum at Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, NM - was hit by a devastating freak hailstorm. Over 100 windows were broken by massive hailstones and the entire interior of the building was impacted by shattered glass and water, dirt, and debris infiltration. Dalworth Restoration was recommended to us to handle cleaning this historic museum facility and returning it to visitable condition (which includes visitors being able to remove their shoes for tours). The crew we worked with from start to finish over a period of several months was beyond incredible. Not only did they travel all the way from the DFW area to northern New Mexico twice, they handled a top to bottom deep clean of the building and the historic artifacts inside with care and professionalism. They were communicative, collaborative, and kind throughout the process and left our museum even better than it was before the storm. I would wholeheartedly recommend this organization to any museum or historic site in need of emergency assistance.

After a giant leak under our kitchen, Sergio and his team at Dalworth were on the scene immediately and jumped into action, drying out our crawl space and getting it ready for reconstruction. Great communication and got the job done to perfection. Highly recommended.

Dalworth Restoration did a great job on my home. What I thought was a simple project that ended up being a huge problem that I would’ve never known without their expertise. The team of techs Anthony and Brodie did an amazing job and Lleyton the PM was perfect as well. What should have been stressful became stressless. I’m in my home that I know is safe to be in now!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you’re in need of restoration help call Dalworth! I had an emergency call and they quickly responded and sent out my Project Manager Lleyton. He explained the whole process and how it would work with insurance and got started right away. The techs got everything set and going the first day and scheduled all of the demo needed the following. Within 3 days everything was dry and ready to be repaired. They were effective and efficiently truly proud I called them. Thank you Lleyton and the tech team!

Sergio, the project manager, was friendly, patient, and easy to reach throughout the water mitigation process. He was thorough and kept communication clear as the cleanup and drying work began. Brian has been very accessible for the rebuild estimates, working patiently and fairly quickly to submit the quote to our desk adjuster for insurance review. While there are some ongoing pricing discussions, we are awaiting the next steps. Overall, the mitigation process was excellent. Content claims are being handled by Dylan, who has been somewhat responsive, with next steps still to be determined.

An unfortunate toilet overflow and sewer blockage issue while I was away from my home caused severe water discharge throughout my home. I have utilized Dalworth Clean since 1983, but never utilized their restoration service until a few weeks ago. They dispatched a crew to my home within a few hours. The project manager Sergio and his crew were fantastic. They were on top of the problem with great teamwork and communication. Highly recommended. Thank you folks!

I had a good experience with Dalworth restoration. Sergio was my project manager and was friendly with good communication. Despite the job being an emergency due to an ongoing leak, he and his team were able to assist me quickly with drying and takedown work on the floors and baseboards. I would use them again!

We arrived at our new home to find 4 inches of water in our half basement Saturday around noon from a heavy thunderstorm the night before. We immediately contacted our insurance company who advised us to google a water remediation company as we were panicked about water damage. Long story short we were unsuccessful in gettting the local companies to respond in a timely manner ie within hours not Monday morning. The only company who stepped up was Lleyton and his crew from Dalworth Restoration who had a crew pumping water out by 3pm. Within three hours the water was gone and they had equipment operating to dry out our room. Needless to say we would have encountered additional damage if was not for Dalworth’s swift reaction to our time need!
