The client reported a kitchen sink leak causing water intrusion that affected the kitchen island cabinetry, nearby wood-look vinyl plank flooring, and adjoining tiled areas.

We performed water extraction, moisture inspection, and structural drying setup. Our technicians used Protimeter SurveyMaster moisture meters to map moisture migration across the tile and wall base, deployed high-velocity air movers and commercial dehumidifiers to dry affected island cabinets and flooring, and monitored moisture levels to prevent structural damage and mold growth.
