We carried out a comprehensive water damage assessment, moisture mapping, and structural drying. Our team used digital moisture meters to test for subfloor moisture around the toilet base, inspected the carpet backing and padding in adjacent rooms to evaluate moisture migration, and placed drying equipment to mitigate moisture and protect the structure.
