The client experienced a plumbing leak originating near a storage closet, leading to moisture spreading into adjoining carpeted rooms and subflooring.

We conducted moisture mapping using digital Protimeter devices, inspected surrounding storage spaces, and detached damaged carpet padding to expose the concrete subfloor. We removed wet padding and tack strips, sanitized the subfloor, and placed commercial drying equipment to thoroughly dry the concrete base and lower walls.
