The client reported suspected water intrusion in a commercial server/equipment room near an Emerson Liebert cooling unit, affecting surrounding walls and flooring.

We performed an advanced thermal imaging inspection using FLIR infrared cameras to pinpoint non-visible moisture migration behind wall cavities and along the floor base. Our technicians marked the affected moisture boundaries with painter's tape, verified moisture levels with pinless moisture meters, and positioned targeted drying equipment to extract moisture without disturbing critical equipment.
