The homeowner experienced a water leak in their primary bathroom, resulting in standing water across the wood-look luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring near the bathtub, vanity, and toilet areas.

We performed emergency water extraction and bathroom water damage mitigation. Our technicians extracted standing water from the vinyl plank flooring, laid down absorbent drying mats to draw residual moisture from beneath the vanity and surrounding subflooring, and inspected the surrounding baseboards and fixture perimeters to ensure complete drying.
