We executed a multi-phase water mitigation plan. Our technicians performed non-invasive moisture diagnostics across carpeted surfaces using a Protimeter SurveyMaster meter, removed water-damaged baseboards and compromised tile flooring, and exposed wet OSB subflooring along the shower threshold for targeted structural drying and sanitation.
