We completed an initial water damage inspection and non-invasive moisture assessment. Our restoration team evaluated hardwood floor stability, inspected baseboards, and used a Protimeter SurveyMaster moisture meter to detect high moisture levels (reading up to 90.2%) within lower drywall assemblies to map out the scope for structural drying.
