Why did the customer contact us?

The property owner requested emergency water damage restoration and mitigation services after an overhead AC condensate drain line overflowed in the attic, causing extensive ceiling collapse, water staining, and saturated insulation falling into the kitchen area.

Solutions provided:

Our emergency team inspected the attic HVAC unit, condensate drain pan, and overflow lines to stop the active leak source. We laid down protective plastic sheeting across the kitchen floor, cleared away collapsed drywall debris and wet fiberglass insulation, and set up commercial drying equipment to remediate the water-stained ceiling structure.
