Job Completion Survey - Restoration

We utilized Dalworth for two separate instances. Once was for flooding in our living room and another was for a leak/moisture in our ceiling. Both times were incredibly quick and painless. Sergio and his team started the process immediately after assessing the damage. We hope we aren’t unfortunate enough where we need to contact them again for restoration but if we do, then we’re glad we found a reliable business that we can call.

Troy and his team at Dalworth are amazing. Although no one wants to have to have to call water restoration services, Troy made the experience so much less stressful!! Him and his team were quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, fair priced, and got the job done well in no time. They are now our go-to when in need. I highly recommend Troy at Dalworth! They deliver top-notch service at fair prices.

Troy was great to work with. He talked us through what to expect, what was done and next steps. He and his team were efficient and really mindful of doing work inside a house that my family and I are still living in and using. We really appreciated him and will recommend Dalworth going forward.

We appreciate how quickly they responded to our emergency. So very kind and understanding. Sergio explained all options and was very patient with us as we are older without too much knowledge about repair work. The other men showed up quickly to do the work of pulling up the carpet and vacuuming up water. A definite 5 star review to Dalworth Restoration!

Our home had an unfortunate skunk infestation that we thought ruined all of our contents. It was unbearable and we had to move out for a few weeks. I had a friend recommend Dalworth because of the work they did for him! So we reached out and Dalworth Restoration immediately took action. They helped to neutralize the odor from the floor, our walls, the carpets and rugs, the furniture and our clothes. We are so very grateful for Lisa and her hard work to make this happen for us. Dalworth Restoration LLC came to the rescue after a pipe bursted in our home. They worked with our insurance company and arrived within hours. Adrian and Armando were amazing they worked fast to get started on the clean up. They cleaned the access water and placed fans and humidifiers to save our furniture and belongings. They worked fast and were very professional and caring. I definitely recommend this company.

My go to restoration company. I have used Dalworth many times over the years. Had a slab leak after a full remodel of my grandmothers house, and Nick, and his team swiftly arrived, and removed the water, and opened the walls to keep further damage from occurring during the dry out process. The whole job went smoothly from start to finish.

These guys are great! We had an emergency at midnight and these guys came out in a timely manner and got us taken care of. Not only did they work swiftly, it was also very reasonably priced. Armondo and Wade were very personable and knowledgeable on what they were doing. We will definitely be calling these guys back in any future emergencies.

Hopefully I never HAVE to call them again but if I do, I will happily! Had a horrible leak from my bathroom a while back and Sergio contacted me immediately! He was super respectful and honest! The technician lleyton did such a great job on the floors and clearing everything! Highly recommend these guys!
