• Comment: Sergio, the project manager, was friendly, patient, and easy to reach throughout the water mitigation process. He was thorough and kept communication clear as the cleanup and drying work began. Brian has been very accessible for the rebuild estimates, working patiently and fairly quickly to submit the quote to our desk adjuster for insurance review. While there are some ongoing pricing discussions, we are awaiting the next steps. Overall, the mitigation process was excellent. Content claims are being handled by Dylan, who has been somewhat responsive, with next steps still to be determined.
