Job Completion Survey - Restoration

I recently experienced a water flood in my home, and I reached out to Dalworth Restoration for their restoration services. I was extremely impressed with their prompt response and professionalism. Technicians Alfredo, Armando M., Leroy and Anthony were thorough in explaining the restoration process and took great care of my home.

Recently I had an appliance company come out and check my fridge and dishwasher. Well one thing led to another and they flooded my kitchen. I had to call Dalworth to come in and help in my time of need. Sergio the Product Manager came out and ran down the basics of what was gonna happen. The two water technicians, Lleyton and Nick, came out to clean the water and take out what they needed. They set up fans and dried the area out perfectly. I really recommend using Dalworth in case of this instance.

Dalworth Restoration came and saved the day, had a pipe bust in the bathroom. The tech Lleyton got the job done and was very professional. If I ever have another pipe buat I will definitely use them.

Sergio, the project manager, was very thorough and kept the line of communication open as the water cleanup and drying project commenced. He even gave me an outside contractor to assist with wall restoration. Chris and Saul, the water technicians, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After cleanup then even tried to fix my shower, which caused the whole water emergency in the first place! Great job Dalworth! I hope I never need you again, but if I do, you are the first call I will make!

With water pipe leaks in the floor we contacted the insurance company. The adjustor immediately said to call a restoration company. Dalworth Restoration came to mind and the adjustor said they had done business with them before and were reliable. That same day we had equipment and workers exploring the extent of the water damage. A much larger area than expected; walls, under cabinets and floor. For several days they came and monitored the areas. They always called and set up the timing of their visits with our schedule. The workers were very polite and explained the monitoring. After the area was declared dry they removed the equipment and cleaned the area. Dalworth Restoration helped through the problems and made it easier for us. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a pipe burst and create what could have been a massive and expensive issue, but the Dalworth team was able to come out within the hour, stop the damage from spreading, and prevent us from opening up walls. They were professional and helpful and adapted to our needs. Sergio was attentive and followed up frequently, and Joshua and Miguel Jr. also took great care of us.

Forgive me for the late review but Sergio Cancino, a Dalworth Project Manager was a knight in shining armor. Coming home to a flood after vacation was not what I was looking forward to. Dalworth promptly answered the phone and sent help immediately. Sergio called me when he was on his way to let me know his time frame and to assure me of what steps he’d be taking upon his arrival. He was very attentive throughout the entire process. It was a long day, but Sergio and the Dalworth team were all very professional and helpful. Thank you!

I called Dalworth Restoration last week due to a leak that was flooding my bathroom and bedroom. Lleyton, one of the techs, was very professional and responsive making sure to answer any questions I had. The team arrived quickly and did an excellent job! If I ever need service again, I know who to call.

In recently used dalworth when my basement got flooded Leroy and the rest of the crew offered exceptional service and where very knowledgeable and courteous I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
