I had a small kitchen leak I was stressed out about it. I called multiple restoration companies and dalworth was first on the scene they made a stressful moment easy, simple and quick. My tech Lleyton and project manager Sergio were very affectionate and knowledgeable. Thank you dalworth for being there in the moment of need will definitely use again if another flood.

The Dalworth restoration team worked very hard and very efficiently. For example, I forgot to grab my checkbook off the desk before the packing team boxed up the office. When I told Teresa, the team lead, about what happened, it literally took her 2 minutes to find the correct box! Voila, checkbook retrieved! Amazing organization! Also, one of the carpet crew found a name tag that belonged to my dad who passed away several years ago. Instead of just throwing it on the dresser, he brought it to me personally and said "I thought this might be important." Wow! I'm very appreciative for such a kind gesture. :) And, sending a shout out to Wade who organized the entire clean up and deconstruction team. If you have water damage, CALL DALWORTH!

Comment: The response to the pipe burst in my home on March 2 was outstanding, with water covering most of the downstairs area. Alex Garcia arrived within an hour, promptly dispatching his crew to begin water mitigation. He guided me through the process, indicating where the water had reached in each room. The majority of the water was above the baseboards. The team worked swiftly to remove water, set up fans, and take out damaged flooring. They were courteous, attentive to my concerns, and careful with my belongings. Alex\'s efforts were highly effective, achieving success in less than a week, and he was always responsive to my calls and texts. However, some services were considered unnecessary by my insurance, State Farm, which caused significant stress as they were reluctant to cover all the essential costs to save my home. Despite our best efforts, Alex and I were unable to alter the payment situation. I commend Alex for his expertise, patience, and dedication to performing excellently under challenging circumstances. I strongly endorse Dalworth Restoration for handling any home water disasters.

Comment: the kitchen sink pipes burst under the sink while we were gone with the dishwasher running. When we came home we had a big mess in the kitchen with water everywhere. We called Dalworth and they sent a crew out immediately. \r\nSergio, the project mgr was very professional keeping us informed how they would proceed during the cleanup process while the crew, Lleyton and Nick, proceeded to remove the water, clean & dry out my kitchen floor. I would recommend Dalworth Restoration and would use them again.
