Technicians Alfredo, Leroy and Jose P. did more than a great job when my house flooded. I would truly recommend Dalworth for any restoration needs.

The Dalworth Restoration Team and particularly Troy Guel (our project manager) were awesome! We woke up at 6am on a Sunday to find a broken toilet tank on the upper level causing water to flood down to the lower level kitchen, laundry and dining area. From all the companies I tried, Dalworth and particularly Troy were the only one who offered to come by within a couple of hours and help, which helped contain the damage asap. Right from the start, he was friendly, courteous, explained everything, gave a good quote and got the work started. The team which included Miguel, Antonio and a few others (sorry I couldn't remember all the names) were extremely helpful. They had to come out a couple of times to get the wetness in certain spots fully squared away, and we really appreciate that they did that and went the extra mile until the issue was fully resolved. They also helped get creative with the dehumidifier so as to avoid breaking down the drywall as much as possible. Jessica from the office kept in constant touch with us and we were always able to reach Troy. There were a few miscommunications along the way, but I can understand since they are really busy. I definitely recommend Dalworth and specifically Troy as the Project Manager and his team! Great work guys!

Amando, Nick & Josh, Are the most professional nice,and patient people that you would ever meeting your life! We were so devastated to wake up to our home flood. They came out with an hours. So professional! Very calming and soothing to me the over the top one lol. They educated me every step of the way they saved my home from a bigger disaster! They came out every day, Always on time. They call you to let you know they’re on their way! They treat your home like if your floors are 14 karat gold just very respectful I would recommend this company to anyone because of these guys!

They were on the scene at 2 or 3 in the morning to help us after our house flooded. They removed everything, including the flooring and all my belongings from the areas that had been damaged and although I hired another company to do the remodel, I wish I had hired them. They took loving care of every belonging they packed and stored and put most of it back in to place like it was before the flood. Not one single thing was damaged or broken. The only issue I had was that some of the workers did not want to wear masks in the middle of Omicron, including the COO. After a visit from the COO which was very strange, I decided not to hire them to do the remodel. He was visibly upset about being politely asked to please wear a mask and then tried to make me sign something to say I would commit to doing a remodel with them without any estimate or flooring to choose from. The supervisors, though, that helped were the absolute best.

Excellent service. I called and the project manager Blake showed up with an hour. Blake, Armando and Alredo were always prompt and provided great customer service. A great team.

Jacob and Vladamair were such a big help throughout this whole process. Your house flooding is not a fun thing to deal with nor something I think anyone should have to go through, but having these guys defiantly made it a lot easier and way less stressful. They were constantly on the job and making sure I was taken care of! Highly recommend this company, but especially these guys and their crew!

Dalworth teams were amazing. The remediation crew that came in to help dry out the house was highly professional. They explained what they were doing and tried to make things as comfortable as possible. The packing and unpacking teams were a just amazing. They took care of my valued possession and put everything back in place. I am glad I called them and highly recommend!!

Miguel Urbina's crew was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in the restoration of my closet after my neighbor's diseased live oak fell into my roof during the ice storm. I couldn't have asked for a better crew.

I had a small leak in my master bedroom and bath that slowly caused some water damage to the walls, flooring and baseboards. We had a couple of roofers, slab experts, foundation repair and plumbers come out and assess because no one could pinpoint where the leak was coming from. From the first consultation with Nick Hobbs, we knew Dalworth was essential. He did a thorough inside and outside assessment of our house. He and his crew (Hector and Hector) then spent two days carefully dissecting the targeted parts of our bedroom and bathroom that had water damage and were able to formally diagnose the leak. We then brought in a shower expert and plumber to assess when all of the old damaged dry wall was carefully peeled off by Nick and the team. Nick turned out to be right regarding the source of the leak (after 12 other experts left scratching their heads). Additionally, the crew was always on time, super courteous and very professional. They also did an amazing job saving our custom built ins in our master closet that would have easily cost us $15-20k to replace. Most people would have just skipped calling the restoration company but I can clearly see that hiring Nick/Dalworth has already saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Dalworth Restoration Team from the Euless office helped clean up from a kitchen sink leak that caused some flooding. Professional, courteous, went the extra mile to locate some potential mold hotspots, even left the equipment a few extra days to dry out some cabinets when moisture testing proved there were still a few spots of dampness. Definitely recommend them. Troy, Armando, Miguel, and the rest of the crew were all very helpful and polite.

The Dalworth crew is top notch. Professional, helpful, caring and understanding. Everyone I’ve had contact with was outstanding. The type of customer service you expect. Highly recommend Dalworth. Thank you so much for making my nightmare a little more bearable.
