Comment: Overall, you did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I asked for a pad to go with my clean carpet and it was not included on the original return date. So I had to wait one more day to get my clean carpet back.

Comment: I was sure the carpet could not be salvaged after a broken pipe flooded the living room, but everyone did a great job and the carpet now looks good as new.

Comment: This was a redo of an oriental rug on top of wall to wall carpeting. They reversed it and we'll see. Very competent and nice. Good service!
