Job Completion Survey - Restoration

Our building took quite the devastating hit with both fire and water damage. Some of it was a complete gut and rebuild. Josh Hobbs and the Dalworth Restoration team were able to handle all the details...the whole process went in a timely, professional manner and they got us back into our "new" building. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

For the last seven+ years, I have worked with Dalworth Restoration, Cody Baker, and his crew, to repair and restore the two churches heavily damaged by storm and flooding. They arrived quickly on the scene to mitigate any further damage. The repairs were done in a timely manner and with excellent workmanship. The church membership with both churches were pleased by the professionalism displayed by the staff and worked on the day-to-day basis. I commend Cody Baker, Ken Archer, and the entire crew of Dalworth Restoration for helping me help the church have a place to worship and fellowship. Jason McKee was our Superintendent for our home reconstruction and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time we had a question about something, Jason was there to answer or find an answer. Lisa and her contents team were all fantastic people to work with, they helped pack everything in our house and then move it back in and unpack it. I would definitely choose Dalworth again.

Comment: Water damage is always a crisis in the home but Cameron was an excellent service tech. He met with us immediately, walked us through the process, called us daily to make sure any concerns were addressed and supervised removal of all furniture so water could then be completeyand professionalremoved and finally,all furniture was moved back exactly the way it was. I have given his name and Dalworth to all my family and friends in case the worst happens. Thank you Dalworth!

Dalworth just left our home. It has been a long and winding road from when our hot water heater busted to now. All of the people from Dalworth did a great job in getting the water out of the carpets, drying everything out, getting the initial estimate, packing and moving, repairing everything, moving everything back in and doing a real superb cleaning. everything was done professionally, and with great detail. We added to the scope and that was also taken care of quickly and professionally. I don't want to wish anyone bad luck, but if it happens you need to let Dalworth know. They come highly recommended from my wife and myself. Thank you all
